RECRUITMENT OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS/ ACCOUNT MANAGER EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Customer Success.

JNT Consultancy & Services is a Business Consulting Company based in Singapore and Vietnam, providing consulting and financial solutions in Vietnam, USA, Singapore, Hongkong, Cayman, and Thailand.

• Give B2B customers the best use cases based on their needs, assist them with panel usage, onboard new partners, and consult on how to use products optimally.
• Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer.
• Participate in product development & business development campaigns both in Vietnam and overseas
• Reach out to potential customers from online and offline channels

• Excellent English
• Excellent Microsoft office
• At least 1 year working experience.

• Negotiable salary range $400 - $500,
• Annual bonus and performance Bonus 2--> 4 month salary
• Working time: 10 am-6.30 pm from Monday- Friday
