Job Description:

  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring key metrics such as service levels, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all branches comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Support business expansion and performance improvement initiatives across all locations.
  • Act as a key point of escalation for operational issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Operational Performance: Monitor and drive overall operational performance across all branches, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous process improvement.and Oversee and manage operations across 42 parcel shop branches to ensure smooth daily performance and service quality.
  • Sales Performance (NS Volume): Drive Non-Shopee (NS) sales growth across all parcel shops by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and supporting Area Managers in execution.
  • Productivity Management: Optimize staff productivity and shop efficiency through performance tracking, workload balancing, and process standardization.
  • P&L Management: Oversee profit and loss performance of all branches, ensuring cost control, revenue growth, and sustainable profitability.
  • Manpower Planning: Manage manpower allocation and workforce planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels aligned with business needs and expansion plans.
  • Expansion & Contract Renewal: Lead shop expansion strategy, including identifying new locations, evaluating business potential, and managing contract renewals to ensure continuity and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (Master's Degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Retail Management, or Express Delivery business.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple sites (at least 20+ branches) and a large workforce (100+ employees).
  • Experience in P&L Management is mandatory must understand how to drive revenue and control operational costs.
  • Good command of English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for reporting/analysis)
  • Experience in coaching and developing Area Managers to improve team performance.
