Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Partners with Management Teams of designed Legal Entities by being the point of local people expert in implementing people & culture strategies with a strategic partnership with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
- Provides strategic HR alignment to ensure the HR services are well delivered to the designated product line/business unit/plant by effectively implementing the country HR strategy, policies, programs and in line with the agreed HR service delivery model, fully leveraging their partnership with CoEs Team.
- Interacts with all stakeholder as a front-line HR to consult people leaders and employees in regard with all HR matters the designated product product line/business unit/plant as a trusted partner to the business to drive impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.
- Maintains, builds and enhances the positive relationships and interactions among employer and employees, and at a broader level helps foster a sense of community within the company. Additionally, ensure HR Operations are well compliant with locallly relevant laws and regulations.
- Responsible for leading the HRBP team ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is a plus
- Professional Certificate in HR (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus.
- 6+ years of working experience in HR Management including 3+ years working experiene in an HRBP or managerial role in a manufacturing setting.
- Solid track record in managing performance, talent development, employee relations, and change initiatives.
Skills
- Strong knowledge/awareness about labour laws.
- Strong hand-on experience in HR operations and Labor Compliance and Employee Relations.
- Strong business acumen, organizational design, workforce planning, strategic thinking.
- Ability to translate business strategies into people implications and resulting HR strategies and tactics.
- A successful track record in Talent Development or Talent Acquisition and solutions with measurable business impacts.
- Excellent at using MS Excel, and able to analyse data and provide recommendations.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
- Flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Team player works with others effectively, respectfully, and cordially..
Working Conditions
- Working in the office, full-time in manufacturing plants.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
