POSITION: HRBP Manager (Supply Chain Unit) - (Temp 6 month)

MAIN DUTIES:
1.Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Internal Mobility
- Lead annual and mid-term workforce planning for SCU aligned with business growth, productivity, and budget.
- Review workforce capability and capacity to advise build / buy / Move decisions.
- Lead recruitment strategies and operations. Partner with TA Manager to support daily hiring needs for factory positions, ensuring timely manpower fulfillment aligned with production demands.
- Advise leaders on internal Mobility, promotion, and role Movement decisions.
- Monitor hiring quality and onboarding effectiveness for SCU positions.
2. Employee Engagement, Culture & Employee Relations
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies for SCU, focusing on key talents and critical roles.
- Analyze engagement and turnover data to identify retention risks and improvement opportunities.
- Reinforce and sustain core values and desired culture through leadership behaviors and HR practices.
- Act as key advisor and participate in handling employee relations and labor discipline cases, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Support leaders in managing sensitive people issues and workplace conflicts.
3.HR Governance, Policy Deployment & Compliance
- Act as the HR focal point for the factory, consolidating and channeling HR matters to relevant HR functions (C&B, TA, L&D, etc) and ensure effective coordination and follow-up between SCU leadership and central HR team.
- Lead development, review, update, and deployment of HR policies and guidelines relevant to SCU (e.g. Performance Management, Promotion, Team Building).
- Coordinate and re-cascade annual Jollibee Group compliance requirements (e.g. COBE, Conflict of Interest, related declarations).
- Ensure leaders and managers understand and consistently apply HR policies and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Legal / Compliance on people-related governance and compliance matters.
- Drive HR innovation and continuous improvement in HR frameworks, processes, and governance.
4.HR Operations Oversight, Administration & Continuous Improvement
- Provide oversight and governance for HR operations and office administration activities in SCU (executed by receptionist).
- Set standards, Monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes.
- Lead HRBP SCU planning, reporting, task allocation, and capability development.
- Prepare HRBP inputs and reports as required by HR Unit Head and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
I. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
II. Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or HRBP role.
- Proven experience in strategic business partnering, organizational development, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to support leadership in fast-paced, complex, or multi-functional environments.
- Experience working within multinational, matrixed, or highly governed organizations is a strong advantage.
III. Training / License / Certification
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are advantageous.
- Training in change management, organizational development, or leadership consulting is a plus.
