Job Description

Work location: Amway HCM Center - 410B-C-D Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Manager OD & HRBP is responsible for leading companywide learning & development, culture deployment, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to assigned functions. This role partners closely with Global COE and local leadership teams to drive a value-driven, high-performing, and engaged organization aligned with business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I/ Companywide Talent & Learning & Development

  • Leverage and localize Global COE frameworks to drive key talent processes including top talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, employee opinion surveys, training implementation, and annual performance management cycle to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and implement companywide learning and development initiatives to accelerate leadership capability, functional competencies, and employees personal growth.
  • Drive and govern performance management programs to ensure alignment, accountability, and high performance across the organization.

II/ HR Business Partner (Assigned Functions)

Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth.

a) Organization Development:

  • Lead organizational structure review, headcount planning, role clarity, and process optimization to enhance productivity.
  • Partner with business leaders on change management, communication alignment, and organizational transformation initiatives.

b) Talent Management

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure right talent selection and compensation alignment.
  • Facilitate onboarding and conduct stay/exit interviews to strengthen employee experience and retention.
  • Drive top talent identification, succession planning, performance alignment, and fair performance review processes.
  • Align promotion planning with organization structure and long-term talent development strategy.

c) Capability Development

  • Identify future-ready functional capabilities and translate them into reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
  • Promote a learning culture and coach line managers on effective performance management implementation.

d) Employee Engagement

  • Lead engagement survey action planning and focus group discussions at functional level.
  • Strengthen two-way communication and promote value-based leadership.
  • Drive recognition programs and culture activation initiatives to enhance sustainable engagement.

e) Other business projects if required

III/ Companywide Culture & Values

  • Partner with Global COE to localize and implement culture and value initiatives aligned with global strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of companywide culture activation strategies to embed core values into employee lifecycle and daily operations.
  • Design and deploy employee experience initiatives, including change management and communication plans.
  • Develop and execute market-tailored engagement and socialization campaigns to reinforce culture initiatives
  • Monitor effectiveness of culture deployment and drive continuous improvement.

JOP REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR with expertises in Organizational Development / Talent Management / Learning & Development / Culture & Engagement or HR Business Partnering, preferably within FMCG, Distribution, or Retail environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business priorities.
  • Proven track record in driving talent strategies, leadership development, performance management, and culture transformation at scale.
  • Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders across local, regional, and global matrix organizations.
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and execution excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
