About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support integrated HR initiatives across HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Talent Management.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of workforce planning, training administration, and talent tracking processes while providing accurate HR data and operational support to business leaders.
With 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, the ideal candidate has hands-on exposure in HR operations, training coordination, or talent administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
The successful candidate is organized, data-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality HR support aligned with company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.HRBP:
Support workforce planning and manpower tracking by consolidating headcount reports, attrition data, and organizational movement updates.
Prepare HR analytics reports including turnover rate, absenteeism, manpower cost, and monthly HR dashboard.
Coordinate annual performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year review, year-end appraisal documentation and tracking.
Support HRBP in employee engagement initiatives and people action plans.
Maintain organization charts, manpower trackers, and HR data records.
2.Learning & Development:
Coordinate end-to-end training programs including scheduling, participant communication, vendor liaison, and logistics arrangement.
Administer Learning Management System (LMS): course enrollment, attendance tracking, completion monitoring, and reporting.
Consolidate training needs analysis (TNA) and support preparation of annual training plan.
Track training budget utilization and maintain training records for audit and compliance.
Collect and summarize post-training evaluation results and effectiveness reports.
3.Talent Management & Succession:
Support Talent Review and 9-box calibration processes by preparing performance and potential data.
Maintain succession planning database and update critical roles and successor status.
Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and follow up on development actions.
Support implementation of High Potential (HiPo) programs and internal mobility tracking.
Prepare talent pipeline and bench strength reports for management review.
What are the qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
35 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Executive, Learning & Development coordination, or Talent Management support roles.
Hands-on experience in performance management cycle administration (goal setting, appraisal tracking, documentation consolidation).
Exposure to Talent Review, 9-box calibration, succession planning, or High Potential (HiPo) programs is preferred.
Experience in training coordination, LMS administration, and training effectiveness reporting.
Familiar with workforce planning reports, manpower tracking, and HR analytics dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data consolidation, pivot tables, reporting) and PowerPoint.
Experience working in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
