A global manufacturer in Vietnam is hiring an HR Business Partner Manager to support a key BU, driving org design and talent strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Business Unit leadership on structure optimization, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Facilitate performance and talent calibration cycles, including succession planning in line with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and critical roles, engaging directly in senior-level hiring processes.
- Guide managers on assessing leadership potential, cultural alignment, and overall talent quality.
- Champion performance management, talent growth, and leadership development initiatives within the BU.
- Coordinate with HR teams (Comp & Ben, Employee Relations, L&D, Administration) to deliver consistent and compliant HR support.
- Provide data-driven insights and assess people-related risks to support informed decision-making by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP in a multinational environment (organization size 2,000+ employees).
- Solid experience in organization design, talent review/succession planning, and TA partnership.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese
- Experience in manufacturing or large-scale operations preferred.
- Exposure to regional or global HR collaboration is an advantage.
