Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and implement social media strategy tailored to Vietnamese market across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistency brand image and messaging.
2. Responsible for boosting KOL and KOC channels.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activity, and provide strategic optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create eye-catching ads, banners, and promotional content to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze social media performance data and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Interact with fans promptly, responding to comments and direct messages to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
1. At least three years of social media management experience, preferably with experience in boosting content.
2.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese to create content that resonates with local audiences.
3.Familiarity with cultural customs and trends to ensure content is localized.
4.Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
5.Can provide a portfolio of successful social media account operations and demonstrated increased engagement and reach.
6.Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be able to work both independently and effectively within a team.
