Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy to align with marketing and business objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement).
- Manage all company social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) with a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video, live streams) that resonates with our target audience of English learners.
- Foster a strong, positive community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the ed-tech and language learning sectors, and implement new ideas proactively.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to amplify reach and conversions.
KOL & Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and own the end-to-end KOL marketing strategy, from identification and outreach to negotiation, contract management, and campaign execution.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, educators, polyglots, and micro-influencers across key markets (e.g., Asia, Latin America, Europe).
- Brief influencers creatively, ensuring collaboration content is authentic, on-brand, and drives measurable results (e.g., sign-ups, app downloads).
- Manage the influencer partnership lifecycle, including tracking deliverables, performance, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all social media and KOL campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversion rates, ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Use insights to understand audience behavior and refine content strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experienceas a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Influencer Marketing Manager.
- Native or near-native English proficiencyis mandatory. Additional language skills are a strong plus.
- A deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for both organic and paid growth.
- Demonstrable experience in sourcing, negotiating with, and managing KOLs/influencers with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Asana, Trello).
- Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing are highly desirable.
