Currently, HEINEKEN Vietnam is looking for 1 potential candidates for Key Account Executive role to join our supportive & open Modern On Trade team, aligned with our business strategy in Quarter 4. The role should focus on HORECA & Premium channels for HCM region. Detail as below:
Job Description:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (70%)
Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Outlet hunting, contract dealing & signing, client bonding
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Plan promotional programs and activities to drive sales growth.
Work closely with the sales team, Trade Marketing, and other departments to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and promotional programs.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
CUSTOMER CENTRICTITY (20%)
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up on all customer requests.
Advise customers on business development, including recommending suitable product's portfolio for the customer business model
OTHER ADMINISTRATION DUTIES (10%)
Market and Competitor Analysis by monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
Participate in monthly meetings to review sales performance and plan future activities.
