Job Description

  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts in the modern trade channel.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance by account and SKU.
  • Negotiate annual commercial terms with key accounts (listing fees, discounts, display support, etc.).
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery, stock availability, and product visibility.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute consumer and trade activities.
  • Handle customer issues effectively to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Other tasks assigned by Key Account Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Key Account or Sales role, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under high pressure.
  • High sense of responsibility, pro-activeness, and growth mindset.
