Job Title: Key Account Executive (Planning)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve market share, volume, and profit objectives for assigned H&S customers.
- Develop and align yearly, quarterly, and monthly business plans with customers, ensuring effective execution.
- Collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams to generate new ideas and merchandising strategies, negotiating optimal execution with customers (home-shelf share, off-shelf displays).
- Ensure accurate forecasting by key account/region.
- Oversee the listing of new products within assigned accounts.
- Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) and coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient execution and management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in business or marketing.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in Modern Off Trade within FMCG companies.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and initiative.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot.
- Expertise in customer business analysis/management, program execution management, and direct sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
