Key Account Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Strategy & Development: Formulate overall sales strategies and annual business plans for the Vietnam market. Lead the development of new channels and the deep cultivation of existing ones, taking full ownership of final sales performance.
• Key Account Management: Deeply manage key chain retailers (Guardian, Hasakiother strategic customers,) and large-scale distributors/agents. Lead annual contract negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) to ensure market share growth.
• Distributor Network Management: Independently manage and optimize the distributor network. Develop channel distribution plans to enhance distributors operational efficiency and loyalty.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the daily operations of the sales team. Build a high-performing sales hierarchy and elevate the team's overall combat capability.
• Business Insight & Negotiation: Handle complex commercial negotiations independently. Formulate competitive strategies through in-depth market analysis and resolve critical business pain points.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with 7+ years of experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry, with a proven track record in market development.
• Channel Resources: Must possess an established network and hands-on operational experience with key Vietnamese retailers (Guardian, Hasaki) and large-scale distributors.
• Leadership: Proven experience in team management with the ability to independently lead a team to achieve highly challenging goals.
• Competencies: Exceptional independent negotiation skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English, capable of conducting high-level business negotiations in English.
