Position: AI Engineer (LLM/Agentic AI)

Location: HCM

Job description:

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications focusing on LLMs, RAG systems, and AI Agents.
• Build agentic workflows with reasoning, tool-calling, memory, and automation capabilities.
• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines including embeddings, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build scalable backend APIs and AI services using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Optimize prompts, retrieval performance, caching, and AI system reliability.
• Work with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, or pgvector.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
• Research and apply modern AI technologies, including fine-tuning, self-hosted LLMs, and multimodal AI.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong Python programming and backend development skills.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval optimization.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, or MLOps practices is a plus.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
