Java Systems Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality through unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions within project timelines.
• Optimize system performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for high-load environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Follow software development best practices and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Adapt to changing requirements and proactively contribute to problem-solving and technical improvements.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+), OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and JPA/Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of backend security best practices.
• Experience with game security or large-scale web-based game systems.
