Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Mid-level IT System Admin to ensure the smooth operation of our office infrastructure, workplace systems, and end-user environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable end-user support, managing IT equipment and inventory, and overseeing server room operations, network infrastructure, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:1. End-User Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, account, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, both onsite and remotely.
- Log, manage, and update service tickets using ITSM tools, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-through to resolution.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access generation, email setup, and equipment provisioning.
- Maintain clear, professional, and service-oriented communication with employees throughout the support process.
2. Office Network & IT Inventory Management
- Set up, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and related accessories.
- Track and maintain accurate IT asset inventory records (hardware allocation, software licenses, and decommissioning).
- Assist with the evaluation and procurement of new IT hardware, accessories, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage office network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) to maintain seamless daily operations.
3. Server Room, Infrastructure & Security Oversight
- Oversee and maintain the physical Server Room, including rack setup, cabling, and power backup (UPS) systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and support core network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, and access points).
- Implement and enforce workplace IT security protocols, patch updates, setting configurations, and access permission controls.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and system troubleshooting guides.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Desktop Support.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and workplace software applications.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls).
- Experience with physical server room maintenance and infrastructure hardware.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing tools and IT asset management systems.
- Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent industry certifications are strongly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-service mindset.
- Conversational English to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
