Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The Recruiter will focus on IT recruitment, ensuring that the best talent is hired for technical roles. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in developing hiring strategies and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Recruiting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
