Build and maintain strong relationships with the companys existing client portfolio.
Provide consultation on products and services; prepare and finalize quotations based on client requirements.
Monitor project implementation progress and coordinate with stakeholders to address risks or issues.
Conduct regular assessments of client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Develop and execute plans to expand the client network for the companys IT services.
Design and implement client consulting plans regarding the companys products and services.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Japanese Studies, or a related field
Having studied or worked in Japan is an advantage.
Preferably at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT field or with cloud-service products, or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE for the Japanese market.
Open to candidates with no prior experience but with strong motivation to learn and pursue a career in IT Sales
Strong communication skills with the ability to create documents and engage with clients effectively.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2, with fluent communication skills
