Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the companys existing client portfolio.
  • Provide consultation on products and services; prepare and finalize quotations based on client requirements.
  • Monitor project implementation progress and coordinate with stakeholders to address risks or issues.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the client network for the companys IT services.
  • Design and implement client consulting plans regarding the companys products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Japanese Studies, or a related field
  • Having studied or worked in Japan is an advantage.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT field or with cloud-service products, or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE for the Japanese market.
  • Open to candidates with no prior experience but with strong motivation to learn and pursue a career in IT Sales
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create documents and engage with clients effectively.
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2, with fluent communication skills
