Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for web-based application development projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional documentation.
• Act as a bridge between client business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct client workshops to clarify and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Developers to propose appropriate solutions.
• Define business rules, validation logic, and functional requirements.
• Break down requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Support SIT/UAT activities and prepare business test cases.
• Validate UAT results and obtain client sign-off.
• Manage product backlogs, requirement changes, and Change Requests (CR).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Web Application or web-based system development projects.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience in preparing BRD, FSD, and SRS documentation.
• Ability to break down business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to model business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Excellent communication skills when working with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage requirement changes and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
