Investor Relations Specialist

I. Responsibilities

1.Establish and maintain relationships with Investors:

1.1 Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors including securities investment funds, fund management companies, securities companies and domestic and foreign investors;

1.2 Update the portfolio of potential investors and partner network;

1.3 Maintain and update information and data systems of departments.

2.Carry out the disclosure and branding of the Group:

2.1 Coordinate with the implementation of the Group&aposs information disclosure; Update communication channels for investors and shareholders;

2.2 Prepare annual report documents, in-depth analysis reports on enterprises, introductions, presentation materials to attract the attention of investors and the market;

2.3 Synthesize information and make periodic updates (Investor Bulletin/ Quarterly Updates/ etc.) for investors, shareholders, analysts;

2.4 Coordinate in organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders, seminars, investor conferences, periodic events to update business results, financial situation, project implementation, development strategies, decisions for shareholders and investors;

2.5 Carry out investor visits to the Group&aposs projects, in order to serve the business evaluation of analysts, investors and other partners;

3.Support in crises handling related to finance - securities: Coordinate with relevant departments in navigating the handling of communication and trademark crises related to finance - securities

II. Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor or higher degrees in Finance, Accounting - Audit, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent
2. Professional experience: More than 02 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, investment structure, explaining to investors; Experience in building control systems, implementing financial plans, developing and monitoring business plans and operating budgets
