Job Description

+ Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare issuance documents

+ Work with consultants, auditors and regulatory agencies

+ Propose share allocation plans and post-issuance capital utilization plans

+ Search, build and maintain relationships with domestic and foreign investors

+ Prepare documents and organize investment opportunity introduction sessions

+ Directly work and answer questions for investors

+ Compile project introduction documents, financial models and development plans

+ Present projects to partners and investors

+ Ensure transparent, clear and accurate information

+ Monitor and manage cash inflows/outflows of the project according to the approved financial plan

+ Record revenue, expenses and profits/losses for each stage

+ Prepare reports Periodic cash flow reporting, budget control and capital efficiency support

+ Report to leaders and investors

+ Support market assessment, research investment opportunities

+ Coordinate with relevant departments to effectively implement investment plans

*Candidate requirements

Education: University degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years working in the field of investment, corporate finance or financial consulting
Knowledge: Understanding of investment activities, capital raising, financial structure, project cash flow control
Skills/Abilities:

+ Planning, analyzing financial data

+ Communication, presentation, teamwork

+ Compiling reports, presenting information clearly and coherently

+ Other requirements: Good at English ( Ielts 6.5), due to having to work regularly with foreign investors and partners.

*Salary: 15 to 25 millions + allowance
