Participate in projects related to credit risk management and credit concentration risk (CM, IFRS 9, Fraud Prevention, Basel III, Early Warning on Problematic Loans, etc.).
Advise, develop, and implement new regulations issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (e.g., Circular 14, Circular 13, etc.).
Advise, develop, implement, and execute credit risk management policies/regulations/guidelines/procedures.
Operate the risk management framework.
Advise, develop, and implement the debt classification system.
Calculate and perform procedures for provisioning and allocating credit risk reserves in compliance with regulations.
Provide advice on the use of credit risk reserves to handle risks/losses.
Develop solutions and measurement tools; build and utilize reports for risk monitoring.
Identify and assess risks related to business activities, regulations, and products.
Provide early warning signals on risks within the assigned area of responsibility.
Develop internal operational processes for assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Finance & Credit, Accounting, Auditing, Statistics, or other related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Preferred qualifications: FRM, CFA certifications; knowledge of risk management, stress testing, model development, model validation, and programming languages.
Strong ability in risk forecasting, risk identification, and clear, concise problem analysis and reporting.
Good command of English (minimum B1 CEFR or equivalent certification as required).
Familiarity with T24 core banking system; proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel VBA and data processing are strong advantages.
Proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
