Financial Planning & Control Specialist

Were looking for a motivated Financial Planning & Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll help shape financial plans, keep track of budgets in contracts, and share insights that guide smart business decisions. The right candidate brings solid financial know-how, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze records, review and assess business/investment opportunities, and propose feasible solutions; prepare reports related to operational risk management (if applicable).

Job holder will be responsible of:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of investment records and business proposals;
• Review and assess investment and business risks;
• Propose business and investment solutions to stakeholders;
• Monitor potential financial risks and provide recommendations when necessary;
• Prepare risk assessment reports, periodic reports, and other required reports;
• Develop and implement operational risk management policies;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor implementation processes;
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations throughout operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields;

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, auditing, management accounting, or related areas;

- Strong ability to consolidate and analyze data, with proficiency in reporting tools;

- Ability to interpret management reports and identify unusual financial indicators;

- Knowledge of documentation procedures in compliance with current regulations;

- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility;

- Solid understanding of organizational systems and legal framework in Accounting and Finance;

- Preferably with prior experience at Big4 firms (PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte);

- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
