Job Summary
This role supports the smooth execution of inventory distribution across Shopee's nationwide warehouse network. You will work closely with warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners (3PL) to ensure inventory transfers between warehouses are executed reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards.
The role also contributes to improving warehouse and 3PL operational discipline while identifying opportunities to optimize logistics costs related to inventory transfers across the network.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of inter-warehouse inventory transfers to ensure transfers are carried out accurately and on time.
- Work closely with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to ensure smooth and reliable inventory movement across the network.
- Monitor operational compliance across warehouses and logistics partners to ensure adherence to inventory distribution processes and service standards.
- Track key operational KPIs such as transfer on-time rate and distribution cost, and highlight issues when performance deviates from targets.
- Drive initiatives to improve warehouse and 3PL compliance, helping strengthen operational discipline across the network.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize logistics costs related to inventory transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–4 years of working experience for Associate, or 5-8 years of working experience for Senior Associate in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related operational roles.
- Experience working with warehouse operations or logistics partners is an advantage.
- Strong execution capability with good attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics or large-scale warehouse networks is a plus
- Experience working with 3PL or logistics vendors is a plus
