Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Handling/Assist Agency Compliance Part Leader in handling violation cases of agency force; interview agents and provide cases assessment reports.
  • Work closely with Agency force for purposes of monitoring agents compliance with internal regulations.
  • Provide professional advice and feedback in relation to agency compliance.
  • Handle/ coordinate with relevant departments handle all customers complaints against sale force and investigate violation cases of sales force in a timely manner.
  • Be able to organize/chair meetings and ensure to provide appropriate and efficient solutions for these cases.
  • Be able to negotiate, be confident and independent during the process of investigation and handling violations.
  • Understand the company's system and procedures of Agency Compliance as well as related functions/departments so as to come up with accurate and appropriate solutions and ensure customer benefits are protected.
  • Conduct on-site checking on sales office/GAs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or legal functions.
  • Experience in an agency-based business model (e.g., insurance, real estate, financial services) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring frameworks and audit procedures.
  • Good knowledge of internal control systems and operational risk.
  • High attention to detail and ability to detect compliance gaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the agency force, staffs and management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good report writing and documentation skills.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with compliance management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for branch or agency audits or training.
