[Key Responsibilities]
Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve subsidiary growth targets, including market expansion, digital transformation, and integration of emerging technologies such as AI, big data, IoT, and sustainable solutions. Business Development and Growth: Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities, particularly in global markets, to enhance the subsidiarys competitive edge in tech innovation or service delivery. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, cost management, and high-performance team building. Focus on optimizing processes in tech R&D, product development, or service operations like hospitality, healthcare, education, or retail. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Champion the adoption of advanced technologies to improve products/services, customer experiences, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Vingroups R&D arms to integrate AI, data analytics, and green tech into subsidiary offerings. Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, and financial forecasting to deliver sustainable profitability and shareholder value. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Vingroup board, other subsidiaries), external partners (e.g., tech giants like Google Cloud, Intel, Qualcomm), regulators, and customers to support business objectives. Talent and Culture Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusivity aligned with Vingroups entrepreneurial spirit. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI practices in tech subsidiaries, or quality standards in services. Sustainability and Social Impact: Integrate ESG principles into operations, contributing to Vingroups goals in green energy, social enterprises, and community development. Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
[Professional Experience]
Minimum 15+ years in senior executive roles, with at least 5-7 years as CEO or equivalent in tech companies (e.g., AI, software, electronics) or services industries (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, education, retail). Experience in scaling startups or subsidiaries within conglomerates is highly desirable. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology trends (e.g., AI, big data, cybersecurity, smart manufacturing) or services management (e.g., customer experience optimization, digital services platforms). Prior experience in Asia-Pacific markets, especially Vietnam, is advantageous. Leadership Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and digital transformations in high-growth environments. Experience with international partnerships or M&A in tech/services sectors. Global Perspective: Exposure to multicultural teams and global operations, with a strong understanding of emerging markets and sustainable business practices.
