Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Governance
- Build and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure an agile organizational structure to support growth and expansion.
- Apply the HRBP model across strategic business units for optimal HR management.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Design recruitment strategies and oversee talent development programs.
- Implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Improve recruitment effectiveness and strengthen strategic workforce planning.
Performance & Culture
- Deploy OKRs and outcome-driven performance evaluation systems.
- Foster a strong company culture and enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of HR strategies in large-scale organizations of all industries
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition , OKRs, and performance optimization frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
- Proven ability in recruitment, training, and talent development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
