With a proven track record of delivering landmark projects and driving sustainable growth, the company is now seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors in shaping financial strategies, capital structures, and long-term business plans.
- Drive financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation to support large-scale projects and sustainable growth.
- Financial Management & Control
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and corporate governance practices.
- Capital Raising & Investment
- Lead fundraising strategies, including bank financing, bond issuance, equity capital markets, and joint ventures.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement robust systems, processes, and controls to improve financial efficiency and transparency.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and project financing for developments valued over VND 1,000+ billion.
- Leadership & People Development
- Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and investor relations teams.
- Build high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in CFO or Deputy CFO role.
- Proven track record working in real estate / property development companies with project size over VND 1,000 billion.
- Strong experience in capital raising, M&A, and corporate financing.
- Deep knowledge of Vietnamese financial regulations, tax, and compliance, with exposure to international standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
