Job Description

We are hiring 2 Technical Service Agents for one of our esteemed clients in Vietnam. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a global IT support environment.

Location: Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam

Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Start Date: 15th September 2025

Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls with high professionalism and efficiency.

Perform Service Desk Agent activities (ticketing, tracking, email/chat support).

Resolve issues in First Call Resolution (FCR) using KB articles.

Escalate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when required.

Ensure accurate and timely updates on service management tools.

Provide excellent customer experience in both English and Vietnamese.

Must-Have Skills:

24 years of Service Desk / Technical Support experience (L1 / L1.5)

Strong knowledge of Service Desk processes and ticket management

Good communication written & verbal (English & Vietnamese)

Hands-on with KB management and ticketing tools

Strong problem-solving and coordination capabilities
