Job Description

Basic information:

  • Working location: 27th and 28th Floor, Tower 1, Capital Place, No.29, Lieu Giai, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City
  • Working time: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Mon Fri
  • Starting Salary: 25,000,000 VND 30,000,000 VND (open to negotiate)

Key responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and computer networks. Record and resolve incidents via the ticketing system.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide support through phone, chat, or remote desktop tools.
  • IT Equipment Management: Set up and maintain IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, video conferencing systems, network devices, cabling, access control systems, and facial recognition devices.
  • User Training: Deliver training and guidance to end-users on effective use of IT resources.
  • IT Asset & Vendor Management: Coordinate with IT vendors; ensure IT assets and services are ready for onboarding and properly revoked during offboarding.
  • Network & Server Maintenance: Maintain stable network and server operations, including internal and external software systems.
  • Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring IT systems and data are secure and compliant with internal IT and information security policies.
  • IT Innovation: Research, plan, and implement new IT services and solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters (Keyence Japan) on global IT projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of setting up and maintaining Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Entra.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications and Android/IOS devices.
  • Experienced in managing and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Understanding of VeloCloud SD-WAN and Zscaler is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, web proxies, and other security solutions is an advantage.
  • Experienced in managing over 100 users and devices.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in any majors.
  • English proficiency in 4 skills.
  • Have at least 3 years of related working experiences.
  • Candidates who have experience working at a 3rd party or at a service company is a plus.
  • Be able to work independently, hardworking, with a never-give-up mindset.
