Job Description

Were Hiring Technical Service Agents (English + Vietnamese)

We are looking for 2 experienced Service Desk / Technical Service Agents to join our client site in Vietnam Co Ltd, VSIP III, Binh Duong Province.

Location: VSIP III, Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong, Vietnam

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Openings: 2 Positions

Must-Have Skills
  • 24 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience
  • Strong L1/L1.5 technical troubleshooting
  • Expert in inbound call handling & ticketing
  • Knowledge of Service Desk processes (FCR, KB usage)
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal & written)
  • Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
Good-to-Have
  • Experience with Service Management tools (ticket updating, incident logging)
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets promptly
  • Troubleshoot & resolve L1/L1.5 issues (using KB articles)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) whenever possible
