Position: IT Support Technician L1 (On-site)

Experience Required: More than 2 years as IT Support.

Languages required: English (C1), Vietnamese (C1)
- Expert in inbound call handling
- Having good Service Desk generic process knowledge
- Ability to resolve issues in FCR through KB articles
- Proficient in speaking the language being taken for (English & Vietnamese).
- Must be flexible to work in 24x7 env.
- Very good written and verbal communication skill
- Working experience on Service Management tool, ticket updating
- Perform Service Desk Agent activities as assigned
- Prompt tracking of calls, emails, tickets,
- Engaging correct stakeholders via emails, chat tool to resolve
- L 1/15 issues
- Ability to handle KB and provide FCR
- Good coordination capabilities
