Due to the office and project expanding we are now finding for IT Support Specialist working in Hanoi office as the following scopes and requirements:

Job Summary: The Application Support Engineer for Banking Application Software is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of the companys banking software applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the performance and reliability of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first and second-line support for application software: Investigate and resolve issues, monitor application performance and system health, addressing anomalies promptly.

  • System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform system maintenance, monitor application logs and alerts to identify and resolve potential issues.

  • Incident Management: Manage and document incidents using the companys ticketing system, escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and track progress until resolution.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operation of applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two[2] years of experience in IT support or a related role, preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
  • Knowledge of banking application software and related technologies is preferable.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Knowledge of network, database (SQL)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Availability for on-call support and willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

Priority:

  • Experience support payments application
  • Having CCNA, MCSA, MCSE
  • Can communicate in English
