Job Description:
- Manage all inbound operations on a wide range of productsand storage and warehousing
- Ensure all inbound team perform tasks to meet KPIs as well as evaluate and improve their performance
- Co-ordinate with Sourcing and Regional teams to ensure smooth arrival and Inbounding of all shipment to Warehouse
- To monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 2-3 years experience in Warehouse, Logistic Management or Related experiences in Warehouse inbound
- Knowledge of Warehouse management and Inventory Control
- Excellent Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight time deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong in coordination and negotiation skills
- Be able to communicate effectively in English is a MUST
- Be able to work at Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km. 23)
