Motorist Viet Nam is looking for an HR Intern!

Are you a proactive student passionate about Human Resources Join our team to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and daily people operations!

Position Overview:

• Role: HR Intern (Full-time)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Allowance: 1,500,000 VND/month
• Note: Please bring your own laptop for work.

What you will do:

• Support the recruitment process: post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing documents, and guiding procedures.
• Update and maintain employee records and HR files.
• Support internal engagement activities and team events.

What we are looking for:

• Students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Basic English is required).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, organized, careful, honest, and a strong team player.
