We are looking for an experienced HRBP to lead full-cycle HR operations and partner with business leaders to drive organizational performance and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategy with business objectives and support organizational effectiveness.
- Manage full-cycle performance management (PBC), including calibration.
- Execute recruitment plans and optimize talent acquisition channels.
- Oversee compensation & benefits benchmarking and implementation.
- Drive onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, corporate culture, and engagement programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and maintain HR system accuracy.
- Monitor market trends and provide HR policy recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP or full-cycle HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Chinese (working language), local language, and written English.
- Experience in IT or security industry is a plus.
Working Hour: Mon-Friday
