Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRBP to lead full-cycle HR operations and partner with business leaders to drive organizational performance and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategy with business objectives and support organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage full-cycle performance management (PBC), including calibration.
  • Execute recruitment plans and optimize talent acquisition channels.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits benchmarking and implementation.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, corporate culture, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and maintain HR system accuracy.
  • Monitor market trends and provide HR policy recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HRBP or full-cycle HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Chinese (working language), local language, and written English.
  • Experience in IT or security industry is a plus.

Working Hour: Mon-Friday
