Job Description:

Report to Hub Ops Lead
Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly
Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes and protocols
Document daily updates on the document and sorting quantity
Resolve any discrepancies during inbound process

Requirements:

Open to rotating shifts and flexible arrangements due to peak seasons and business needs
At least 1 year of experience dealing with warehouse operations and external logistic parties
Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams
Keen leader who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment
