Position Summary

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a qualified HSE Supervisor to support industrial inspection and project activities in Phu My. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and supporting clients and project teams in achieving HSE objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE requirements at project sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE briefings.
• Review work permits and support permit-to-work implementation.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE procedures and local regulations.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare reports and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance.
• Promote HSE awareness and safe working practices among project personnel.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities when required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
• Experience working at industrial plants, fabrication yards, or construction sites is preferred.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and industry safety standards.
