Key Responsibilities:

Develop deep understanding of supported business units&apos operations and team dynamics; lead end-to-end HR processes for assigned units.
Own full-cycle recruitment (especially 0-1 team setup for R&D/product teams) leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and efficient hiring execution.
Design career progression frameworks and talent development programs; implement initiatives to enhance team capability and drive business growth.
Deliver comprehensive HRBP solutions tailored to business needs.
Drive implementation of corporate HR initiatives locally to enable organizational and individual effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelors degree + 8+ years multi-domain HR experience (recruitment expertise essential); global team support preferred.
Fluent English (working proficiency); strong self-motivation with proven team leadership abilities.
Full-spectrum HR expertise with strengths in recruitment, performance management, and retention.
Rapid learning agility, ownership mindset, exceptional execution skills, and cross-functional collaboration capability.
Proactive attitude, business acumen, growth mindset, resilience under pressure, and outstanding communication skills.
