The Job:

As a Human Resources Supervisor (HR Supervisor), youll be part of Compass II (Subsidairy of Stanley Black & Decker) located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Your working hours will be 48 hours/week.

Youll get to:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and participate in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes to fulfill hiring requirements & support workforce planning.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate or deliver employee development programs.
  • Benefits Administration: Develop and manage employee benefit plans/programs and implement and coordinate with providers.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers with employee evaluations.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, coordinate welfare events and foster a positive workplace environment; Champion employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and consistently applied.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management as needed.
  • Workforce Planning & Management: Support business leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels. Work with leaders on budget and cost saving exercises, and general support to avoid risk related to staffing, service levels, or other KPIs.
  • Team Development: Manage, coach and develop HR team members, including the assignment of projects, priorities and overseeing day-to-day responsibilities as it relates to HR support of assigned function.
  • Others: Related matters assigned by the headquarters or superiors.

Education: University degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields.

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 02 years in supervisory role and solid, well-rounded understanding of HR functions, especially Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Experience in manufacturing industries is required.
  • Experience in using Workday systems is a plus.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.

Skills / Personalities:

  • Solid C&B background
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to present ideas, and/or facts and recommendations effectively.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work effectively under high-pressure and ever-changing environment.
  • Interpersonal and team skills with ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees.
