Job Title: HR Specialist

Location: Dat Do district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province
Most important notice:
- We seek a 1-3 years experienced HR Specialist with professional HR knowledge and practical experience of HR management for Vietnam, proficiency in recruitment, compensation & benefit management, and performance management.
- Priority will be given to Vietnamese candidates with educational experience in China.
- Fluency in both Chinese and Vietnamese, including oral and written.
- A strong foundation in English reading and writing is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the recruitment work, able to develop different recruitment channels to obtain talents meeting company needs.
- Conduct 1st round interview and talent selection.
- Be responsible for the implementation of company attendance management.
- Establish performance management system (KPIs) for each team and individual.
- Compensation & benefit management for all employees.
Requirements:
- At least one years work experience in respect of human resources management, including factory staff management.( Master's degree may have relaxed working experience requirements)
- Good written and oral communication skills, strong logic thinking ability strong understanding ability.
- Familiar with office software and relevant HR management software.
- Understand all labor laws, regulations and policies of Vietnam.
- Hold a Vietnamese driver's license is prefered.
