Participate in HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement, HR digitalization.
Provide day-to-day support and consultation to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Handle HR operations tasks such as employee data management, contract administration, onboarding/offboarding paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency within HR team.
Requirements
3+ years experience in HR with strong exposure preferable in Recruitment, willing to learn & develop in the C&B.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, working hours/shift regulations, overtime rules, social insurance, and PIT.
Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, employer branding, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple function
Experience working with HRIS/ATS systems (SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or similar).
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines; familiarity with headhunt channels and recruitment platforms.
Proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment across different functions.
Strong analytical skills and numerical mindset; proficient in Excel.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English (speaking & writing).
Detail-oriented, confidential, proactive, with a strong customer-service mindset.
