1. Job SummaryThe HR & GA Officer is responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations and General Affairs activities to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient working environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a multicultural environment. Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities- Support full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, contracts, HR documents).
- Assist with performance management processes: KPI tracking, appraisal administrative support.
- Coordinate training programs, orientation, and internal employee development activities.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely, accurate data submission (attendance, OT, leave).
- Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal communication.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, insurance, and benefits.
General Affairs Responsibilities- Manage office administration: stationery, office supplies, equipment, facilities management, vendor coordination.
- Support travel arrangements: flight booking, hotel, transportation for employees & Korean experts.
- Coordinate document management, company stamps, and internal approval processes.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, workshops, and business trips.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance within office premises.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide support for the Korean management team when required.
3. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK level 4 or above is preferred).
- Strong command of English; good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 13 years of experience in HR, GA, or administrative roles (preferably in multinational companies).
- Good understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
