Hotel Director/Director of Rooms

The Grand Ho Tram seeks an experienced Hotel Director or Director of Rooms to provide strategic, hands-on leadership across our key guest-facing hotel operations.

Reporting to the Vice President of Hotel Operations, this role will drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, people development and operational performance, while ensuring seamless collaboration across the resort.

We are looking for a highly visible and inspiring luxury hospitality leader with strong operational and commercial acumen, proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost management, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. Strong working proficiency in English is required.
