- Presales activities: Participate in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities
- Project oversight and responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Client alignment: Communicate effectively with clients, ensure the product aligns with the clients strategic plans and objectives (focus to transform requirements into user stories and features)
- Operational management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Process development and quality assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit.
WHO YOU ARE
#Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or technology-driven environments
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum models
- Candidates with prior experience working with US/UK/EU/Singapore clients will be given priority consideration.
#Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.
#Skill Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions (Work effectively with Figma)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
