About Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a solid background in the booking, CRM domain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working closely with our UK-based client, collaborating across cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various financial systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

oCollect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.

oPrepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.

oCollaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation.

oMonitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly.

oBridge communication between business users and technical teams.

oContribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.

Requirement

oMinimum4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

oProven experience in the booking, CRM domains

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

oExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite

oGood English communication

oHaving a technical background is a strong plus
