WHAT WE DO:
Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the clients strategic plans and objectives.
Organizational and Resources Development: Actively participate in activities aimed at organizational growth and human resource development.
Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Development and Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of robust processes and uphold high standards of operational quality within the unit.
WHO YOU ARE:
#Experience Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or technology-driven environments
Experience working with Agile/Scrum models
Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration
#Knowledge Requirements
Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.
#Skill Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Strong task management and process monitoring skills, with flexibility in problem-solving
Ability to build teams and train team members, be able to understand driving factors that motivate team members and implement appropriate methods to enhance their motivation
Ability to cultivate influence through personal competence and personality
Strong critical thinking and logical thinking skills
Effective problem-solving skills
