Business Analyst

Responsibility:

• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders (Sales, PM, Development, QA) to gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and potential risks associated with the proposed solution.
• Translate requirements into detailed documentation: BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Flow Diagrams, Mockups, Proposals.
• Work with PM/PO to prioritize and manage backlog, contribute to product vision, roadmap, and release planning.
• Determine business needs, propose optimal solutions, and suggest process improvements tailored to specific industries.
• Support developers and testers to ensure accurate understanding and high-quality delivery of requirements.
• Contribute to test documentation (test plan, test strategy, test cases), verify bugs/issues with clients.
• Participate in UAT to validate solution quality and business alignment.
• Join planning sessions, risk assessments, and conflict resolution between clients and team members.
• Share knowledge, train junior members, and improve BA practices across the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
• 3 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with ERP, MES, CMMS, WMS, or enterprise management systems).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (basic), UML, BPMN, and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge and produce clear, structured documentation.
• English: strong in reading technical documents, basic in verbal communication.
