Were looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our product team not just to write documents, but to help uncover real problems and co-design effective, meaningful solutions. This role is based in our Hanoi Office (Hoan Kiem Ward).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owner and stakeholders to clarify business needs and identify core problems.
- Collaborate with Tech team to understand system logic and propose feasible solutions.
- Produce clear and structured documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, flowcharts, etc.).
- Coordinate across the full product lifecycle: requirement analysis, development, testing, UAT, and delivery.
- Follow up with features post-release and support ongoing improvement when needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product thinking.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills with both tech and non-tech audiences.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand system flows, APIs, and data models.
Prefered:
- Experience or domain knowledge in fintech, payment, ERP, or AI.
- System thinking, stakeholder management, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset.
