We are hiring a Head of Marketing for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :
Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new students.
- Plan and supervise advertising campaigns across channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, Zalo, etc..
- Work with the academic department to design media content for courses, promotional programs, etc..
- Manage and optimize advertising costs, track campaign performance (CPL, ROI, etc.)
- Analyze the market and student needs, recommending product and marketing activity improvements as appropriate.
- Build, train, and manage the marketing team (content, ads, design, etc.).
- Organize branding activities, seminars, workshops, and mini-games to increase engagement and center image.
- Submit periodic performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Required Skills and Experiences
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader/manager in Marketing, preferably in education or language training.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking, sensitive to market trends and learner behavior.
- Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus (not required).
